The best feedback I ever got from a reader was to be called a “dumb mother-f*****.” It made me feel so good to know I could get a stranger so ramped up with mere words on a page.

Me, again. Did the person maybe confuse pirate with private? I don’t think you’ve ever claimed on this blog that you’re a private person. You wear an eyepatch, though. So maybe they were confused.
