An Oklahoma Judge was caught brushing up on his penal code. At first glance this doesn’t seem like to big a thing (and really I cannot comment on the size of the thing, having no personal knowledge of it), but upon closer inspection, it becomes quite obvious why the judge is now being tried “for conduct constituting an offense involving moral turpitude in violation of Oklahoma constitution.”
